How difficult can it be?

I’m sure this question gets asked by classroom trainers the world over every single day.

Individuals and organisations believe that moving their training programmes online requires little more effort than just loading up slides into the virtual classroom platform of their choice and inviting learners to their online training event.

How wrong that is – years of experience have shown that it is not as simple as that.

If you are considering moving your training online, you need to approach it like any other change initiative.

It needs careful planning, thought-out preparation, new skills and new mindsets — not just for you and your company, but also for your learners.

Whenever we think about change, it’s something that often we face with hesitancy, trepidation, maybe even fear — not exactly terrifying fear, but more a fear of the unknown.

We don’t know what we don’t know.

Explore this whitepaper which will help you to identify and recognise some of those ‘unknowns’ as well as some of the ‘knowns’ and help you move your training online successfully.
